During our second camp term, we changed things up a bit. The Fusion in Senec was not able to run a camp. The team in Hungary needed some help running a camp, so we decided to combine. The group from Senec, Slovakia, along with our interns went to help run the Music/Sports camp. This was an interesting camp for me. It is the first camp in years that I was not a main leader at. My only roles were running sound and the rock climbing excursions.
Because I did not have much responsibility I spent most of my time investing in the guys there. Jano from our Fusion, Gavin (one of my JV guys), and the intern guys were all there. Each morning I took a different one of them out for breakfast and spent a couple of hours talking about life and faith. It is such a joy for me to be able to invest in these young guys and see them grow in their faiths! God has big plans for each of them! I am thankful I can be a small part in it!
