After three years I had the opportunity to go to Christmas with my Dad’s side of the Family in Illinois. It was really a blessing to see them again. It was funny to see cousins that were little guys last time I saw them, now driving and talking about college. I am so blessed to be a part of that family and the legacy of Christ that they have passed down to me. I can truly say, I would not be in missions if it was not for them!
On the way home my family stopped in Indy and enjoyed the sights and sounds of Christmas in downtown Indy. We stopped for coffee which we drank as we walked in the cold. It was a blessing to be with my family and to just relax, when life around us can be so chaotic. I am so proud of my family. My Dad and his ministry to those who serve and care for others, my mother and her care for the least of these in the schools here in Fort Wayne, my sister working for CRU at Ball State daily sharing her faith, and finally my brother studying at U of Indy and striving to be an example with his believing roommates to their other classmates! I am honored to be a part of a this family and ask that you all would continue to pray that God will use each of us to continue to reach those around us!
